I particularly like the staff's patient, non-condemning way of handling my kids' occasional lapses in care or responsibility - the staff acknowledges the mistake, but isn't "down on you". You are always made to feel liked and respected, even when you mess up. The result is that both my kids try harder to please, and end up doing better than they would have if they had gotten fussed at."
