"Always seem to be on time. He also makes sure your child is ready for braces and doesn't try to make you get them before your child is ready. My child is 13 but still rapidly growing. He gave us our options, and we are waiting another year, so we make sure there is no change in his bite before we get braces on. Highly recommend them."

"So far the staff has been absolutely wonderful. The office is one of the best medical offices I’ve been in, in terms of cleanliness, space, and overall appearance. I will say that it is definitely on the highest side price wise as far as the normal price range for braces goes. But the staff does go above and beyond and everything is done at the highest level so you get what you pay for."

"Wow! So thankful for this team and staff. I know they are in the business of Orthodontics, but they truly are doing their best, and it shows in all they do. Very well thought out process and so personable.Little back story….. This was my 1st child getting braces, but 2nd child to need a consult. I really did not know the braces process, but do know a little about the evaluation process to figure out if you need them.Ok… so back to today.You know the feeling you get when someone is genuinely invested in conversation and is present in the moment. That is how I felt walking in the door. From the first moment we walked in, talking to the ladies at the desk, the constant flow of staff, patients, conversations around us, it was all genuine, everyone was patient and kind.We went in today for our initial consultation. An appointment we made because my son has been feeling self conscious about his teeth. He’s younger, so I wasn’t sure what to expect besides some x rays and discuss some prices. I wasn’t aware of financial obligations for types or options to choose from, or even expect to see he had some underlying issues we weren’t too aware of. Once we discussed the options, his age, outcome scenarios, and all the “what-ifs” they recommend what I thought was in my sons best interest, and what would not only take care of his concern the fastest, but perhaps took a little more effort on their part. They made sure to talk to my son, and discuss all his concerns as he thought of them.They had suggestions for everything. Not just textbook answers but real life, lived/tried and true suggestions. I hesitate mentioning this as to not set someone’s hopes up, but when I decided to go with our plan, we went to schedule his placement and so mentioned today, and they were able to do it today. While I was already there, No more missed work. I know it’s summer, offices are slower right now, but just had to share, that offer meant the world.The office was absolutely beautiful, with a very family feel, but not too extravagant that you know your paying extra for office remodels and latest and greatest accessories. I know this was our first visit, but they did come highly recommended by many friends. Since I’m in the people business, and meet with clients daily, I would go on record saying that was truly who they are. I would be shocked if I ever found a different atmosphere when I went back.Needless to say, we were impressed with the price, the process, the placement, the staff, the environment, pretty much could not have asked for a better experience or group. "The youngest of my 3 sons recently got his braces off after several years. All 3 of my boys have had braces with Dr. O'Leary. So for the last 13 years I have consistently had someone in braces. I truly cannot say enough about the incredible quality, care and kindness of everyone there. Two of my sons had other complications with herpst devices and some additional issues and they persevered patiently with us all the way through. They are also really accommodating with appointments. The waiting areas and staff are always very welcoming too. I tell anyone I know that is thinking about braces that this is the place to go!"

"Oh my goodness. So thankful for this staff! Army moved us here in the midst of a pandemic. Oldest barely had the opportunity to get her braces off before leaving previous location, and of course we notice a huge problem within a week of arriving. Staff person on the phone was super calming, heard my concerns, and got my daughter in the same day. Orthodontist actually listened to my teen's desires AND explained the options (such a difference from her previous orthodontist). We all agreed on a new retainer, and they had it made in 20 minutes. My middle child is now super excited to be seeing them for her consult in a few weeks...highly recommend!!!"

"The chapin office is the one we visited. They staff is so helpful, cheerful and just extremely nice. This helps as some kiddos are very nervous coming in for braces. The dental assistant fixed the problem and they didn't even charge me.
